Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Rain City Reading. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Printing is on-demand, sent to fulfillment centers immediately. Therefore, cancelling orders is not possible after an order is placed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once a product has left the fulfillment center and been delivered, customers are responsible for the product. Rain City Reading is not responsible for stolen or missing packages, packages not received for unknown reasons, or packages damaged due to acts of god or being left in poor conditions.

Return Window

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except in the case of items defective or damaged in the printing process. After showing proof of defect, you may request a replacement of the item within 30 days of receiving the order. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange due to defect. 

Replacements are ONLY possible if an item is found to be damaged or defective during printing. This does not include minor differences in ink opacity on the shirt due to normal printing variations. It also does not include normal wear and tear from washing machines.

Replacements are not possible for sizing errors. Sizing charts are provided to help you choose a proper fit.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

• Be unused and in new condition
  

• Have an obvious defect or damage that occurred during manufacturing

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@raincityreading.com. We will provide you with instructions. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges

Once we inspect your item for defects or damage, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of an exchange.

If approved, your new product will be shipped as soon as possible.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at info@raincityreading.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

These goods are made to order, and therefore not subject to the EU 14 day cooling off period.
